Our Return Policy

At Lara’s Touch, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review the return policy below.

Regular Item Returns

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return full-priced skincare products for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • It must be returned in the same condition in which you received it

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return

Important Note:
Returned items are your responsibility until they safely reach our facility. We recommend keeping all original packaging and invoices until you are sure you want to keep your purchase. Any product returned without its original manufacturer’s seal or with tampered packaging may be declined and returned at your expense.

Sale Items

All purchases made during sales or promotions are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted products.

Shipping Your Return

To return a product, please send it to the return address provided below. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund, if applicable.
